You Can Depend On Nature's Way for

Do you  guarantee your work?

No, Nature's Way uses a a machine to aggitate the carpet and clean with low moisture. Most cleaners use high pressured water with a wand, which pushes soil farther down and over wet the carpet. This way we can get the deepest cleaning without ever over wetting your carpet.

Once I have my carpet cleaned will it get dirty faster?

I've heard it's best to put off having your carpet cleaned as long as possible. Is this true?

What process do you use to clean carpet?

What does "Clean to Standards" mean?

How safe are your cleaning products?

Nature's Way products are powerful and yet soap free, odor free, hypo-allergenic, non-toxic with no VOCs and no off-gassing. Made with all natural ingredients, We only use the safest products on the market today.

If you have light colored carpet, you may have experienced these dark lines that appear on the carpet. This soiling is called filtration soiling because it comes from air passing through the carpet as it is attempting to get through the crack between the carpet and the baseboard or under a closed door. As the air passes through the edge of the carpet pile, this microscopic soiling is deposited there (hence the term filtration soiling). This occurs over a significant period of time and is not noticed until a build up has occurred.
This type of soiling is difficult to remove because the soil particles are so fine that they penetrate deep into the carpet pile, sometimes into the backing of the carpet. Can it be removed? Sometimes. With special products, time and effort, reasonable results can sometimes be achieved.  We would be happy to treat an area to see the results and give a quote to remove the staining. To help prevent filtration soiling, Have your carpets cleaned with protector once a year, vacuum and wipe the edges of the carpeting on a regular basis. Be careful around the tackstrip on the edge of the carpeting, otherwise you could prick your fingers!

How long does the carpet take to dry?

Should I have my carpets Dry cleaned or Hot Water Extraction?

Does your cleaning soak the backing and padding of the carpet?

Carpet cleaners use a product that attracts the soil for removal. Once the carpet is cleaned, the residue of the cleaner continues to work and attracts new soil. Ever use a spot cleaner and the stain returns black or dingy? Imagine the whole carpet attracting soil in the traffic areas.

At Nature's Way our cleaner is completely Soap - Free and will not attract dirt. The cleaner will actually remove soaps and cleaners from previous cleanings. Combined with our Green Guard Protectant, your carpets will stay looking beautiful and clean.

Nature's Way is experienced in all methods of cleaning and cleans according to the manufacturer recommendations. Most of the carpet cleaning provided is done with the “Rotary Jet truck-mounted hot water extraction” method.

We guarantee all of our work. If you are not thrilled with the service experience,  we will rush back to your location at no charge and no obligation.

As mentioned, most major carpet manufacturers recommend truck-mounted hot water extraction as the preferred method. Hot-water extraction done properly removes more soil and spots than dry cleaning methods.
If you have a situation that requires dry cleaning, Nature's Way is experienced in various dry cleaning applications and can apply that method for you.

We use enough water to thoroughly clean the carpet, but not enough to over wet the backing and pad. The normal drying time is anywhere from four to six hours. We do use speed dryers while cleaning. Depending on weather conditions, room temperature, air flow, and overall conditions, this time can vary.

No. In fact, many of the major carpet mills today recommend professional cleaning every 12-18 months. The build up of soil in your carpet in combination with foot traffic creates abrasion that breaks down your carpet’s fibers. The higher the traffic in a given area, the more often the carpet will need cleaning.

In 1992, representatives from the carpet manufacturing industry, the carpet cleaning industry, and the federal government all agreed upon a common set of standards for the carpet cleaning industry. These standards are now referred to as the CRI standards. Clean As A Whistle offers all of these methods and can select the process that’s right for your needs.
It was agreed that each of these cleaning processes should include these common steps:
                                          Pre-Vacuum
Pre-Treat spots, stains and heavily soiled areas
                                          Hot Water Extraction
                                          A Thorough Rinse
                                          Furniture Moving
                                          Complete Drying within 24 hours
Cleaning your carpet in accordance to these industry standards will help assure that you’ll get a quality cleaning job.
The Nature's Way “10 -step cleaning service” exceeds these specifications.   Unfortunately, their are still many cleaners who don't even vacuum before they clean.
